Merlin didn't end up in the shelter because of anything he did. He was found as a stray at a young age and grew up at the shelter. He needs a family that will give him playtime, cuddles and the affection he so deserves. This sweet boy is at the front of his kennel every time the shelter volunteers go by, he is reaching out his paw trying his best to gain attention as all he wants is affection and love. He is a gentle soul who wants to feel safe again.
