About Purrl

Purrl is sweet and loving with her human, and is so pretty and soft. She loves hanging out with or near you and will meow if separated by a closed door. She likes to play, and will happily sit next to you on the couch while you watch TV or look at your phone. She is great at using her litterbox, and has no issues with food other than loving a squeezy Churu treat a bit too much. ;-) She keeps herself clean with regular grooming. Once was professionally groomed and the groomer said she was fine with the bath, but didn't enjoy the hair dryer. Pretty easy to give her pills, and fairly easy to get her in a carrier to go to the vet. Overall pretty low maintenance. It breaks my heart to give her or her sister Nonie up, but they need to live separately (see explanation below). Behavior: Purrl and her sister Nonie got into a huge fight (their first since I adopted them 1.5 years ago) and now need to be separated. I don't know the cause of the fight or why they are now enemies, because it happened in the middle of the night. This is the only behavioral issue. She is great with me (her human). This is the first and only time there has been a problem like this, but because of this I feel she should be the only cat in a household. I don't know how she is with children or dogs. She and her sister both disappear and hide if someone comes in the house (repairmen etc). They do come out after the person leaves. She does knead and loves to 'make biscuits' but does settle down after a while; just need to keep an eye on her and put a towel or something down in her favorite spots so she kneads on that instead of your furniture. She hasn't ruined anything of mine yet but it's something to know. She likes chasing balls or springs, and jumping/chasing a wand with a toy on the end of a string. She will be a fantastic only cat and will keep you entertained.
