About Otter

This handsome blue gent is Otter. He is a 8-9 years old Australian Cattle Dog who weighs about 46 pounds. Otter is a smart guy. He knows: Sit, Stay, Come, Free (for food), Leave It, Outside, Inside, and Shake. He is also house trained. Otter is a friendly guy who loves people. He will get pets from anyone who will give them. He does have an excited greeting, so is not a good fit for smaller kids. Otter is good with other dogs. He has been polite at the dog park and has been good at boarding with other dogs. He lives with a smaller female dog and is polite. He isn't too excited about playing but does occasionally find it fun to play chase with dogs who like that game. Otter is good on leash and likes walks. He is good in the car, too. Otter is an extremely loving and loyal dog, and very much best friend material. Where you are, Otter is there also. He loves pets and scratches and any kind of food (and has been known to take a snack off the counter). He is a super cute dog and a very good boy who will thrive in an environment where he can get the right attention. Otter is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. He is located in Torrance, CA, and is ready to meet adopters who can come here to adopt. We do not ship dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
