Please help us find a good home or foster and rescue Lionel is believed to be only 3 years young and was found as a stray, so we are currently waiting on more info from the shelter. He is currently 41 lbs. What we do know is he will become very urgent in this very full shelter once his stray hold expires on 9/12. Therefore, we are desperately looking for a caring home, or foster and or rescue (again, please note rescue groups NEED fosters) to save him in time.
