Once he trusts you, he becomes very attached and affectionate. He loves giving kisses and wants to be wherever his people are. �ٴ� He is a gentle boy who thinks he's a lap dog! He loves lounging around, sleeping in his favorite spot, chewing on his toys, and hanging out with his canine friends. ��%8F� Sunny's ideal home: �'ۢ A secure, full-height fenced yard is a MUST �'ۢ Someone willing to give him at least one good walk a day - two would be even better �'ۢ A home with patience while he builds confidence �'ۢ Another friendly dog would be a wonderful bonus �'ۢ Someone who understands that Sighthounds can be independent and may have poor recall �'ۢ A family that will keep him safely secured with a harness, as he can slip out of a collar Sunny can stay home alone for several hours and did beautifully when left with toys. He is not destructive, but he LOVES to chew, so this boy needs plenty of toys! He does have some mild food-resource guarding around other dogs, so his adopter will need to feed him separately and respect his space around food. He is also sensitive to loud noises and thunderstorms. Sunny loves his people and his dog friends and simply wants to feel safe, loved and included.
