About Junior *losing home

This little guy is Junior and he has that name for a reason - although he may look like a German Shepherd puppy, he is actually about 1-1.5 years old and only about 35-40 lbs. So, if you are a lover of the German Shepherd breed but can't have a full-size one, then Junior might just be perfect for you. This boy has already been through a lot. At only 4.5 months old, he found himself in a high kill southern shelter where he was brought in as a stray. Then, after barely making it out of there alive, he miraculously survived parvo after a week-long hospitalization. Then, he went to an adoptive home but due to personal family circumstances, they couldn't keep him so they instead sponsored a four-week professional training program for him. Since then, Junior has been in a foster home where his foster mom says: 'Junior enjoys running and playing; he has a healthy appetite and loves his fruits and veggies. He never turns down food, has a fondness for eggs, and loves chewing on bones. He enjoys walks, loves to run and play, and has sharp hearing alerting him when someone is nearby as he's very aware of his surroundings. He follows his caregiver closely like a shadow, is crate trained, and can stay in his crate for hours without needing to go potty. He adores toys and loves to sniff around for treats, watching you throughout the day, and resting in his bed at night until his caregiver wakes.
