About Leila

My wife and I adopted leila in the summer of 2020 as a rescue as a 6mo old puppy (currently 6.5yrs old and maintains 45-50lbs in weight). She's been a great loyal companion since then, with super low needs. She is happy just sunbathing for half the day, and entertaining herself as much as she is playing with any people of any age. She's good and gentle with kids and even infants. She also likes other dogs and warms up quickly to them along with strangers. Shes not huge for toys, and would rather her entertainment be interactive with people or pets, and loves to play chase / run around along side you. Shes a good listener, doesnt try to escape our fenced in yard, even when the landscapers leave the fence open. She is crate trained, and house trained, and free feeds dry food and maintains her weight. Sadly over the past 2 years since having kids, we've had less and less time for her to give her the love and attention she needs as we spend more time traveling than home.
