URGENT - FAITH NEEDS A SAFE PLACE NOW ! Please share. Faith urgently needs a new foster or adopter. Her current placement is no longer safe because the foster's dog does not get along with her. We cannot let this sweet girl end up back in a shelter where her life could once again be at risk. Faith is 8 years old and 56 lbs, and she has already overcome more than any dog should have to. After spending 8 years with the only family she knew, Faith was surrendered to the shelter when her owner moved without her. Suddenly, her home, her people, and everything familiar were gone. Then we discovered that Faith wasn't only frightened and confused - she was in pain. She had a severe UTI and dangerous bladder stones requiring surgery. While suffering through all of this, Faith was placed on the shelter's euthanasia list. But Faith fought. She was pulled to safety, underwent a successful cystotomy to remove the stones, made it through her hospital stay and treatment, and finally began feeling like herself again. She survived losing her family. She survived the euthanasia list. She survived months of pain. She survived surgery. And she kept trusting people. Now we desperately need someone to make sure everything she fought through was not for nothing. Faith is an absolute sweetheart - loving, intelligent, affectionate and eager to please. She knows sit, down and paw, loves being close to her people, and has so much love left to give. Faith needs a foster or adopter ASAP. For now, she needs to be the only pet in the home so she can safely decompress and continue healing. What she needs most is stability, kindness and someone willing to give an 8-year-old girl the second chance she deserves. Please have FAITH in Faith.
