About Archie

Meet Archie Archie is an 8-year-old sweetheart looking for a loving new home. He is a wonderful companion who absolutely loves people and is happiest lounging around the house, taking naps, snuggling up, or playing a good game of fetch. Archie is a Doberman/Coonhound mix and is 65-70 pounds. He loves being outside and going on adventures-his previous family loved taking him on the boat, to the park, to doggy day-care and out to socialize and explore. Archie is potty trained and GREAT with other dogs. He has been well socialized around dogs, cats, chickens, and other animals and has always done very well with them. He would make an amazing companion for someone who enjoys both relaxing at home and getting outside for adventures. The most important thing to know about Archie is that he needs an adults-only home. He is not the most comfortable around young children, which is why his owners are looking for a new home for him. This is an incredibly difficult decision because **Archie is very loved **and their family wants nothing more than to find him a family who will love and appreciate him as much as they did. Archie has so much love and companionship to give. We truly hope to find someone who will give this sweet boy a safe, peaceful home where he can spend his days being spoiled, snuggling, napping, playing, and enjoying all the little things he loves.
