About HAZEL

Mountain Cur mix

Age: Young Adult

Sex: Female

Meet Hazel, an adorable and affectionate girl who is ready to find her forever home! At just 1-2 years old and weighing around 50 pounds, she has a sweet, gentle demeanor that will melt your heart. Though a little shy at first, a little patience and kindness will go a long way in helping her feel comfortable in new situations. Hazel thrives in calm environments and has shown great compatibility with more relaxed dogs, making her a wonderful companion for a serene household. On leash walks, she exhibits good manners, allowing you to enjoy peaceful strolls together without the worry of jumping or pulling. Hazel's laid-back nature makes her the perfect cuddle buddy after a long day. However, she can be sensitive to loud noises and may cower if she feels insecure, so a home with a soothing atmosphere will help her truly flourish. In addition to her lovely personality, Hazel comes with the peace of mind that she is healthy and well-cared for. She is up-to-date on all her vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and has tested negative for both heartworm and Lyme disease. If you're looking to welcome a sweet, loving companion into your life, Hazel may just be the perfect fit! Open your heart and home to this precious girl, and she will reward you with endless love and loyalty. Come meet Hazel today-she can't wait to find her special someone! *Interested in adopting? * To take the first step towards bringing this lovely dog into your home, please complete our online application at https://guernseysheriff.gov/dog-shelter-adoption-applications/ or apply in person.
