Pinocchio (and five of his family members) was rescued April 22, 2026 from a park in the Inland Empire. Most likely post -Easter dumps. Pinocchio has an old soul. He is a mellow fellow and you can mostly find him chillaxing. He is calm, not destructive, not easily spooked. He's low on the energy scale and just prefers to hang out and be happy. What more could a fella ask for? He will sit on your lap or by your side for pets. He is not demanding. He is not a trouble maker. I think he is just thrilled to have been rescued. He's all around a very sweet boy not to mention strikingly handsome. He's truly a pure delight. Pinocchio should be housed in an exercise pen or free roam. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is always open and an exercise pen placed around it. (Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it!) Please be over 21 if inquiring about Pinocchio. Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment. Pinocchio can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
