About Lava

I'm looking for a loving new home for my 7-month-old male Australian Shepherd. He is fully vaccinated, very friendly, affectionate, and social. He loves both people and other dogs and has a very outgoing personality. He is also doing very well with potty and crate training. He can comfortably hold his pee and poop for about 8 hours and has never had an accident in his crate. He already knows basic commands such as 'sit' and 'no,' and he is still young and very trainable. He is also not picky about food and generally eats well. He does very well with baths and can stay calm when being dried. He is a little bit car sick but still quiet in the car. He usually just cuddles with his favorite toy during the ride. I'm hoping to find someone who has the time, patience, and energy to continue his training and give him the active and loving life an Aussie deserves. He will go to his new home with his large crate, toys, snacks, and some of his favorite belongings to make the transition easier. He also currently has pet insurance that is already paid through this year. I'm happy to help transfer the policy to his new owner, so you would only need to take over the insurance payments starting next year. Please message me if you're seriously interested.
