About Wanika

Hello! My name is Wanika- My brother and I were found trying to fend for ourselves. We were extremely scared! Once we came to Guardians, we started learning how nice people really can be. They have helped us become more social and confident. We now walk pretty good on leash and take treats gently. I don't seem to mind other dogs, but a meet and greet with existing family pets is always best. I look to be a poodle mix- possibly with Labrador or Portuguese water dog? I am estimated at about 1yr old and weigh around 50lbs. I was born with one of my back legs slightly shorter than the other- so when I walk, it looks like I am limping a little. I went and saw the doctor and they said there wasn't any damage, it's just how my bones grew- but that it made me extra special because it made me unique? While I'm not crazy active, I would like a family where there are lots of walks and activities for us to do together. My $350 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, heartworm test (negative), spay, deworming and microchip.
