Meet Baxter! ��%90%BE��ժ If you're looking for a professional cuddle bug, part-time comedian, full-time people enthusiast, Baxter would like to submit his application. ���� This happy-go-lucky boy has SO much love to give. His favorite hobby? Being wherever the people are. His second favorite hobby? Getting pets from those people. His third? More pets, please. �ٴ� Baxter is super soft, has an adorable curly tail, and has perfected the art of the 'I'm just going to casually lean against you until you pet me' move. He may also occasionally forget that four paws belong on the floor when exciting new people arrive because HEY, NEW FRIENDS! ATTENTION! ���� But Baxter isn't just a pretty face. He's potty trained, treat motivated, and a quick learner! He knows sit, down, shake, and high five-and he LOVES catching treats right out of the air. ��Z%BE��%8D� ��%90 Dog friends? YES PLEASE! Baxter loves playing with other dogs and has done great with everything from energetic playmates to puppies. He's also a daycare fan and has apparently charmed the staff there into giving him exactly what he wants: pets, attention, and more pets. ��s� Adventure buddy? Absolutely. He enjoys walks, hopping into the car, and being included in the action. He can pull a little on walks, but he's been working on his manners. One thing he would like everyone to know: sprinklers are suspicious and should not be trusted. ���� �%9D%A4��%8F His ideal home: Baxter is looking for an adult-only home or a home with older, dog-savvy teens (16+). His future family will need to respect that younger kids aren't the right fit for him. He thrives best with calm, predictable people who understand dog body language and are willing to give him space when he asks for it. He can also be sensitive about grooming, nail trims, and veterinary handling, so he needs a patient family who will advocate for him and take things at his pace. Fortunately, Baxter believes that most problems can be solved with snacks. And honestly, he may have a point. ���� Baxter could be your one-and-only or live with canine siblings. He just wants a family who will let him be his goofy, affectionate self-and who understands that if there is a human in the room, Baxter would very much like to be next to that human.
