About Pepper

Pepper came to us from Yuma along with her housemate (Nilla). She is a sweet girl, very laid back but gentle and affectionate. Pepper does pretty well on a leash but may need a little 'refresher' and seems to be completely housebroken at her foster home. She also does fine in a crate though has nice house manners as well. Pepper is 4-5 years old and is around 15 lbs. Pepper is spayed, current on vaccines and microchipped and seems to be healthy. She is a bit of a picky eater and we suspect that they were fed human food at their prior home. The foster is working on transitioning her to dog food. She came to us from the shelter when her owner passed away but seems to have been a well cared for dog. She is not 'outgoing' but has been friendly with everyone she meets (2 legged and 4 legged, including children).
