HI! I'm Shiloh, a 5-month-old male chihuahua who was rescued from the streets of Tijuana Mexico. My other siblings unfortunately didn't make it. I was lucky to have survived. I will grow to be no more than 12 lbs, if that. I get along with other dogs, kids and people. I'm looking for a foster or better yet my forever home in the LA area where I can start my new life.
