No out of state adoptions -- Northern California -- will not be make any excerptions-- Needs to be in Orange County only --- Owner surrender due to landlord issues - not able to have him there any longer Previous owner literately neglected him we are now working getting his fur/ skin better they literally let his nail so long they started to curl up not good at all. Were giving him worse possible food ever very sweet, dog friendly-- kid friendly - potty trained - house trained leash trained -- He very good dog according to new foster mom . He doesn't jump up on people - doesn't seem to bark at all really good dog
