About Petey

Meet Petey (A044116), a handsome, sweet boy who arrived at the City of Casa Grande Animal Care & Adoption Center in August 2026 and is ready to find a loving home of his own. Petey is a sweet, handsome hunk with a wonderful personality and a smile that is hard to resist. He walks great on leash, enjoys getting pets and takes his treats very gently. When he gets time outside of his kennel, Petey enjoys exploring the shelter play yard, sniffing around and taking in his surroundings. Petey has not shown reactivity toward other dogs while out on walks. If you have another dog at home, a meet and greet is recommended to help determine if they would be a good match. His compatibility with small dogs, cats and younger children is currently unknown. Petey has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for someone to give him the chance to leave shelter life behind.
