About Toto

Meet Toto, a 4-year-old, 12.4-pound Shih Tzu. He is coming out of his shell more and more and making so many new friends. He is loving playing with Tallulah and other littles, and is parkouring around our lobby! He is the last one from our Wizard of Oz/Wicked crew and is patiently waiting. He may not be in Kansas anymore, but Toto knows exactly what he's looking for�'�| A family to click their heels and say, 'There's no place like home.' Toto is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm positive (being treated), and on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $350.
