About Nike

NIKE IS FINDING HIS CONFIDENCE ��ժ When Nike first arrived at the shelter, he was quite shy and unsure of his new surroundings. But now that he's had some time to settle in, we're getting to see the sweet boy underneath-and it turns out Nike really likes being doted on! His new friend and volunteer, Cali, was more than happy to oblige. Nike soaked up the attention and showed her what a gentle, affectionate guy he can be once he feels comfortable. He's also lovely to walk. Nike is gentle on the leash and seems perfectly content taking a leisurely stroll rather than rushing through his time outside. And based on what we've seen at the shelter, he appears to be extremely well house trained-another clue that this handsome boy likely knows what it means to live in a home. And can we talk about those eyes? ���%8D Nike has the most beautiful golden eyes, outlined so perfectly it looks like a makeup artist applied his eyeliner before he came outside for photos. Nike is estimated to be 2-6 years old and weighs 63 pounds. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm tested. He'd love a home where he can continue gaining confidence and get to know his people at his own pace. Come meet Nike and give this gentle boy a little time to get to know you.
