About Winnie

Winnie is a 3.5 year old Lab mix weighing about 35-40 pounds, and she is an absolute people lover. This sweet girls favorite things in life are spending time with her humans, playing fetch, and finding any excuse to splash around in the water. If you throw a ball, Winnie will be your biggest fan. She could happily play fetch for hours and would love a family that enjoys getting outside and having fun together. And if there's water involved, even better! Winnie is a total water dog and never misses a chance to make a splash. Winnie spent several weeks in a professional board-and-train program and has an excellent foundation of basic training. She knows her manners and is looking for a family who will continue reinforcing the skills she has worked so hard to learn. She is currently around other dogs and does fine with them, but she doesnt necessarily need canine companionship and would be perfectly happy as the only dog in the home where she can soak up all the attention for herself. Winnie is the perfect combination of playful and affectionate. Shes ready for a family who wants a well-trained, fun-loving companion for walks, games of fetch, water adventures, and lots of quality time together.
