About Jazmine

Jazmine is 2 and weighs 43 lbs. Her DNA includes 56% Frenchton Designer Dog + 41% Cattle Dog + 3% Collie. Jazmine is very affectionate and acts like a lap dog. She loves to cuddle and meet people. Jazmine is always happy. Her tail wags constantly and serves as an open invitation to everyone we meet. She loves head, ear and belly rubs. She often lies with her front paws crossed. Jazmine enjoys stuffed toys, puzzles, tug-of-war, balls, sniff walks, nature walks, car rides, running or jogging, and treats. Jazmine is very smart and recently graduated from Obedience School. She can learn to participate in any new activity or perform a new task. Jazmine is now enrolled in the Graduate Group classes with 24 dogs (starting at 5 feet apart) to enhance her skills. She is house-trained and knows Wait, Let's Go, Sit, Down, Stay, Place for 2 hours and much more. JAZMINE WILL THRIVE IN A TYPICAL NEIGHBORHOOD. She currently lives on a busy, short street with 6 high-rise apartment buildings. Her building and tiny neighborhood lacks a dog park and is over-populated with pets who are walked at ALL hours day and night. Most sidewalk strips have raised flower beds or are concreted to prevent pet use. Jazmine faces an average of 3 dogs when she enters the hallway from her apartment door. She often encounters 5 additional dogs every time she goes outside to potty at a sidewalk tree directly across the street from her building's door. While she is trained to ignore or look away, these unavoidable encounters multiple times a day are too stressful. She is calm around children, adults, vehicles, bikes and loud noises. Come, take Jazmine for a walk. She was rescued 4 months ago in May 2026. Jazmine has learned quickly, adjusted well during this short period. She will improve with continual guidance.
