About Topsy Turvy

Hi, I'm Topsy Turvy! I was rescued from CACC, and now I'm safe in a foster home where I'm getting healthy and showing everyone what a sweet girl I am. I can be a little shy at first, but once I feel comfortable, my gentle, loving personality comes through. I'm great with dogs, kids, and cats-in fact, I currently live with cats and kittens and do wonderfully with them. I'm also potty-trained and crate-trained, so I already know quite a bit about being a good girl in a home. I've made it out of the shelter, I'm safe, and I'm ready for what comes next.
