About Brownie

MEET BROWNIE! Just look at this little face! Brownie is an adorable 3-year-old, 14-lb Terrier mix looking for a patient, loving forever home. With her scruffy little face, Brownie looks like she may have some Yorkie/Terrier-type mix in her. Brownie came from a hoarding situation and is learning that people can be kind, homes can be safe, and being a dog can actually be FUN. She's made amazing progress, but her past means she'll need a family willing to let her continue building confidence at her own pace. ��%90%BE 3 years old ��%90%BE Approximately 14 lbs ��%90%BE Spayed ��%90%BE Up-to-date on vaccines & veterinary care ��%90%BE Good with adults & other dogs ��%90%BE Learning to socialize and trust Because Brownie is still gaining confidence, a home without children is recommended at this time. A secure fenced-in yard is required because she hasn't mastered leash walking yet. She's learning, though, and with patience, routine and lots of encouragement, we know she'll continue to blossom. Brownie survived the hard part. Now we're looking for the person who will show her just how beautiful the rest of her life can be.
