Actually, a dad and two puppies. Sadly, by the time one of our volunteers arrived, the finder had already given the dad and one of the puppies away. We can only hope they landed in safe, loving homes. �%9D%A4��%8F Thankfully, Frosty is now safe with us, and we're determined to give him the happy ending he deserves! Frosty is a 4.5-month-old male Cairn Terrier mix weighing in at just 5 pounds. He's all white, absolutely adorable, and has the sweetest, most fun-loving personality. This little guy is full of puppy charm and is sure to steal some hearts! ��%A4%8D Frosty is currently getting everything he needs to start his next chapter, including his vetting, neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate puppy vaccinations. He's not quite ready to go home yet, but we are accepting pre-adoption applications now!
