About Shires

Shires is a beautiful, talkative, and incredibly sweet four-year-old tuxedo brown tabby with an adorable chirp of a meow looking for a loving guardian. Found wandering in a friend's yard, she had no collar, tag, or microchip so she was taken to rescue. She is a lovely cat, obviously a previously indoor cat, who had been abandoned or lost. She is incredibly affectionate and people-loving. She hasn't yet warmed up to other cats and dogs, so she can be adopted as the one and only pet in the household. She is now very healthy, spayed, up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines, microchipped, virus and fecal-tested negative. She has also been de-wormed and treated with Revolution for flea and ear mite prevention. She is perfect with her litter box and very well behaved in the home. Her adoption fee of $175 includes a supply of all her favorite foods!
