Meet Phoebe - healthy, happy, and playful! Phoebe seems to be a 'thinker' as she tends to sit back and observe the situation and her surroundings. Phoebe was born on July 5. Mom is a red heeler and dad a Border Collie. When considering adopting a herding breed, please research the breed characteristics. Phoebe will need adoptive parents committed to her training and satisfying her energy needs to help her become the perfect adult dog. Phoebe is being fostered in the Central Oregon area. Phoebe has been wormed, microchipped, and the first set of vaccinations. The adoption fee is $400.
