About Rocket

Rocket is a 2-year-old, 19.4-pound Schnauzer mix with a big personality packed into a little package! This happy, social boy is sweet, affectionate, playful, and full of energy. Rocket loves to run and play, and he'd be a great match for an active family who enjoys getting outside and giving their dog plenty of exercise and attention. Despite his energy, he has a nice recall-when called, Rocket comes back, which is a wonderful quality for an active young dog. Rocket is also good with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends. He's easy to handle and walks nicely on a leash. Like many young dogs, Rocket is still working on some manners. He can be vocal when he's excited and is a door dasher, so his family will need to be careful around open doors and continue working with him on this behavior. He is also not yet fully house-trained and will need someone willing to continue his training. He would do best in a home since he likes to talk when he hears noise. Rocket is already neutered and vetted and is ready for his next adventure!
