Meet Plutas! Plutas is a happy, active, playful pup who wants his person! Plutas was born on July 5. Mom is a red heeler and dad a Border Collie. When considering adopting a herding breed, please research the breed characteristics. Plutas will need adoptive parents committed to his training and satisfying his energy needs to help him become the perfect adult dog. Plutas is being fostered in the Central Oregon area. Plutas has been wormed, microchipped, and the first set of vaccinations. The adoption fee is $400.
