About Maverick dies on 9/3!!

Maverick needs safe exit from the Shelter in Los Angeles by 9/2 or he will be euthanized!!! Video: https://fb.watch/JkLKHfean7/?mibextid=wwXIfr&fs=e This little 42 lb, 5-year-old boy arrived to the shelter just a few weeks ago when his family surrendered him for 'Apt. Restrictions'. He lived with this family for the last 4 years, originally adopted in North Dakota before moving with them to California. They left notes about him that he was friendly with strangers, and that he was well-behaved in the house, potty trained and crate trained. Initially confused about where he was, this guy has really warmed up to volunteers, enjoying pets and playing in the yard, he always has a big happy smile on his face. In playgroup with other dogs, he prefers to keep to himself, he can be selective and give corrections that are too sharp. For this reason, he has been selected for euthanasia. Maverick was someone's whole word before he ended up here. Help us find him a family again! Please visit the shelter to meet him and potentially foster or adopt!
