Princess needs a new home as soon as possible! This pretty girl was saved from a NC shelter a few years back. She was adopted, but over time the resident dog and Princess have not gotten along well. She would benefit from being in a home ad the only pet or with a submissive male dog. Princess is about 41/2 years old now, healthy, spayed. About 42 lbs. She loves people and is a 'Velcro dog' with her person. She is very well kennel trained and used to being kenneled at night. She does guard her food when eating, so should be fed separately from other dogs. Treats should not be left lying around where dogs could fight over them. We recommend no small children due to food guarding. Princess loves playing outside and would thrive with a big backyard where she can run and chase things. She enjoys other dogs with caveats: no alpha females, no males who mount. She seems ok with small dogs, and large dogs should be fine.
