About Pancake

Meet Pancake! Pancake is a sweet 9-week-old girl with a beautiful brindle coat, adorable short legs, and a gentle nature. Pancake was born on June 26, 2026, and currently weighs 8 pounds. Pancake is one of those puppies who seems to have figured out that there is no need to rush through life. She is very sweet and gentle when interacting with people, making her a lovely little companion. Her brindle coloring gives her a beautiful, unique look, while those short, stubby legs make her especially adorable. We suspect those little legs may not stay quite so little as she grows! Pancake is one of Athena's 10 puppies. We don't know exactly what breeds make up this litter. Athena appears to be a Pit Bull mix and weighs about 60 pounds. We also aren't sure if all of the puppies have the same dad, so there could be some interesting surprises hiding in their DNA. We have sent a Wisdom Panel DNA test for Java and are waiting to see what it reveals about this mystery litter. Although Pancake currently weighs just 8 pounds, she is expected to grow into a large adult dog, likely around Mom's size. Because of that, her forever home will require a physically fenced yard where she can safely run, play, explore, and burn off her puppy energy. Pancake is at the perfect age to begin learning everything she needs to become a wonderful family dog. Her new family will need to continue working on house training, basic obedience, and socialization using positive reinforcement. Like all puppies, she will need patience, consistency, supervision, and plenty of opportunities to learn as she grows. Pancake has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and has received her first distemper/parvo vaccine. Her adopter will be responsible for two additional distemper/parvo vaccines and her rabies vaccine at 16 weeks of age. Pancake is ready to meet prospective families and is looking for someone who appreciates a sweet, gentle puppy with a soft personality and an unmistakably cute appearance.
