About Muffin

Meet Muffin! Muffin is a 9-week-old little girl who has been keeping everyone on their toes from the very beginning! Muffin was born on June 26, 2026, and currently weighs 8 pounds. Muffin was the first puppy in the litter to open her eyes and the first to figure out how to walk, so she has always been a little ahead of the game. These days, she's putting those early accomplishments to good use by doing zoomies and carrying toys around like she has important business to attend to! Muffin is one of Athena's 10 puppies. We don't know exactly what breeds make up this litter. Athena appears to be a Pit Bull mix and weighs about 60 pounds. We also aren't sure if all of the puppies have the same dad, so there could be some interesting surprises hiding in their DNA. We have sent a Wisdom Panel DNA test for Java and are waiting to see what it reveals about this mystery litter. Although Muffin currently weighs just 8 pounds, she is expected to grow into a large adult dog, likely around Mom's size. Because of that, her forever home will require a physically fenced yard where she can safely run, play, explore, and burn off all that puppy energy. Muffin is at the perfect age to begin learning everything she needs to become a wonderful family dog. Her new family will need to continue working on house training, basic obedience, and socialization using positive reinforcement. Like all puppies, she will need patience, consistency, supervision, and plenty of opportunities to learn as she grows. Muffin has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and has received her first distemper/parvo vaccine. Her adopter will be responsible for two additional distemper/parvo vaccines and her rabies vaccine at 16 weeks of age. Muffin is ready to meet prospective families and is looking for someone ready for puppy kisses, playtime, zoomies, toy collecting, training, and all the adorable chaos that comes with raising a puppy.
