Rusty has spent his entire life living in a kennel, and he is finally ready to learn what having a true family feels like! In just the few short hours he's been out, he's already showing his sweet side and following his human everywhere. �'��He desperately needs a good grooming session to feel his absolute best, along with a patient foster or foster-to-adopt home that can take things slow and teach him basic house manners.He does paw at door when he wants out. �'��If you have a soft spot for resilient pups and the patience to guide him into his next chapter, Rusty would love to meet you!
