About Nova

Nova is a Red Heeler/Australian Shepherd mix. She is 18 months old. We have to rehome her as she has taken to guarding our home and does not allow us to have company over. She is great with my 6 kids ages 4-17. She is great with others when we are not at home. She chases our cats but leaves them alone when they are in their tower. She knows her basic commands and loves to play fetch. Unfortunately when a neighbor girl was over Nova went up to her and was barking at her and while she was barking she nipped and broke skin on the girls leg. She has recently been fixed and needs to go to a farm or home in the country with owners who are knowledgably in this breed and with little company.
