About Nova

EXTREMELY URGENT! NOVA NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER NOW! WE ONLY HAVE UNTIL MONDAY, 8/31 TO SAVE NOVA. We are desperately looking for a loving foster or adopter for this beautiful girl. We do not know what Nova's fate will be after Monday if we cannot get her into a safe home before then. PLEASE, HELP US SAVE NOVA. MEET NOVA: 2-year-old female Dutch Shepherd. Spayed. Vaccinated. Microchipped. Housebroken. Great with kids. Very affectionate and loving Sweet and submissive. Loves people. Obedient and eager to please. Extremely smart and loves to learn. Loves going for walks. Enjoys being outdoors and hiking. Loves playing with bubbles and a bounced ball. Knows some commands. And just look at that STUNNING brindle coat! Nova is a happy, sweet, affectionate girl who loves being loved. She is eager to please and wants to be with her people. Her family has shared that she is incredibly smart and even understands normal conversation. For example, if Nova is asleep in their bed and they need to get in, they can simply say, 'Watch out, Nova,' and she gets up and moves to another spot. She has also gone hiking with her family a couple of times and absolutely LOVED being outside, exploring and smelling all the smells! WHAT ABOUT OTHER DOGS? The only dog Nova has ever been around is her family's Bulldog and they LOVE each other. Because she has had limited experience with other dogs, we would want any dog introductions to be done properly and thoughtfully. WHY IS NOVA IN THIS SITUATION? Nova's family are pastors who are being relocated out of the country to begin a new church.They are unable to take Nova with them. This is NOT because Nova is unwanted or unloved. They are facing a heartbreaking situation and need someone to step forward and give this beautiful girl the safe, loving home she deserves. MONDAY, 8/31 IS HER DEADLINE. We don't know what will happen to Nova after Monday if we cannot find her a foster or adopter.PLEASE DON'T WAIT.
