I'm Frost, and if you had met me when I first arrived, you probably would have thought I had declared war on leashes. The moment one appeared, I'd spin, roll, and do everything possible to escape it. Maybe nobody had ever taught me what a leash was. Maybe my past left me with reasons not to trust it. Nobody knows for sure. What they do know is that my trainer refused to give up on me. She spent weeks earning my trust, showing me that the leash wasn't something to fear. It meant treats. It meant adventures. It meant good things. Today, I'm a completely different dog. I walk proudly on a leash and actually enjoy getting out and exploring the world. Every walk is another reminder that life can change when someone believes in you. That's kind of my story in a nutshell. I'm neutered, crate trained, and have learned how nice it feels to have routine, stability, and people who care. Since leaving Animal Control, I've become affectionate, playful, and eager to be part of whatever you're doing. I like attention, I like companionship, and I like knowing I'm included. The best part? I'm still getting better every day. The scared dog who arrived here is more confident now. More trusting. More ready than ever to find my own family. What I need is someone willing to keep cheering me on. Someone patient enough to appreciate how far I've come and excited to see how far I can still go. Because once you're part of my circle, you're part of it for life. And after everything I've learned, I think my best days are still ahead of me. Got inquiries about this dog?
