Tanks story began with heartbreak. He was adopted from a shelter, and just three days later, the people who were supposed to give him a home abandoned him outside in the middle of winter. Cold, confused, and completely on his own, Tank eventually found his way to someones home, where he curled up seeking shelter from the cold. Thankfully, he was found and brought to safety. But his journey still wasnt over. With nowhere permanent to go, Tank had to be placed in boarding, and he has been patiently waiting ever since for someone to finally choose him - and this time, choose him forever. Despite everything he has been through, Tank is an incredibly loving and friendly boy. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and genuinely seems to enjoy everyone he meets. He has a sweet, gentle nature and so much love to give. Tank is approximately 50 pounds with a tall, elegant build that makes him look graceful wherever he goes. And those beautiful, soulful eyes? They tell his whole story. He loves car rides, playing with toys, spending time with other dogs, and simply being with his people. More than anything, Tank wants what he should have had all along - a safe home and a family who will never give up on him. Tank has already been abandoned once. He has spent far too long waiting in boarding. Yet he is still hopeful, still loving, and still ready to trust someone with his heart.
