About Lorax

Lorax but answers to Trooper. Shepherd mix 5 months 32 pounds Energy level 3... likes to romp and wrestle for short spurts but needs lots of time to recover. Affectionate, obedient, calm. Favorite thing is chew toys. He spills his shiny food bowl and prefers to eat on the floor. He loves everyone. Loves pets. Following my people around the house, eating treats, chewing on toys, lots of pets, and sleeping under your feet. Loves chew toys and short walks. Love other dogs and people. Bath time. Rain. I hate water. Under your feet for naps or my kennel. I ride very well in the car. Sleep in my kennel. MOSTLY potty trained. I stand by the door when I need to go potty but if you don't notice I may pee by the door. I RARELY pee in the kennel. Excellent on a leash. Sit. House (for kennel). Outside. Drop it. Does well with young kids (as young as 18 months) and dogs. Unknown cats. Loves new people. Good with house visitors but barks at the door for a few seconds. Would do well with a low key family. He cannot go for long walks/ hiking and can't be outdoors for long periods for time. He needs an easy going dog in the home. If he gets too rough and wild he gets fatigued and struggles to breathe. Low activity level. Would love another dog in the home. He can open doors with latch handles. He is SWEET and very well behaved and responds to commands. He is respectful of personal space and does not jump or puppy bite. He has met an 18 month old child and did very well.
