About Bindi

Meet Bindi - Our Pool-Loving, Window-Watching Girl Bindi is a beautiful American Staffordshire Terrier mix, around 3-4 years old, who has been waiting far too long for someone to finally choose her. She has spent time in foster care, but sadly she is back in boarding now-and this girl is more than ready to trade kennel life for a home of her own. Bindi has a BIG personality and knows how to have fun! Give her a kid-sized swimming pool and you will absolutely make her day. She loves splashing around, playing with her toys, and doing her famous zoomie laps around the yard. When the fun is over, one of her favorite pastimes is finding a comfortable spot by a window and watching the world go by. Squirrels, birds, people-Bindi doesn't care. She can happily sit there forever taking it all in. She also loves car rides and would be thrilled to have someone who includes her in their adventures. Bindi is an extremely strong girl, both physically and on leash. She needs an experienced, confident adult who is physically capable of handling a powerful dog and will continue working with her on her leash manners. She would not be the right match for someone who isn't comfortable managing a strong dog. Because Bindi can be very selective with other dogs, we are looking for a home where she can be the one and only dog and soak up all the attention for herself. Absolutely no cats. She's been waiting and waiting, and she's itching to get out of there and finally belong to someone. Bindi doesn't need everybody to want her. She just needs the right person to see her and say, 'You're coming home with me.'
