About Amber

Meet Amber, a beautiful young American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is finally getting the chance to have a life of her own. At approximately 2 years old and around 50 pounds, Amber is a petite girl with a gentle spirit and a story that will tug at your heart. Amber didn't have an easy beginning. She was abandoned along with her puppies and left to survive while trying to care for her little family. Somehow, this devoted mama kept herself and her babies going until a kind woman found them, brought them to safety, and made sure they would never have to fend for themselves again. Amber's babies are growing up now, and her days of being a mama are officially behind her. She has been spayed, and for perhaps the first time in her young life, Amber can finally just be Amber. And what a beautiful girl she has become. Amber is incredibly sweet and has a gentle, loving nature. She enjoys spending time outside, playing in the yard, and simply being around the people who care about her. After everything she has been through, she hasn't lost her ability to trust or her desire to be loved. She spent so much of her young life taking care of her babies. Now we're hoping someone will look at Amber and decide it's finally her turn to be taken care of. No more surviving. No more raising puppies. No more wondering where she belongs. Amber is ready for the soft bed, safe home, backyard adventures, belly rubs, and unconditional love she has always deserved. Her babies are growing up. Now it's Mama Amber's turn to find her forever home.
