About Bun

Meet Bun, an approximately one-year-old spayed female Holland Lop with soft white fur and a gentle, friendly personality. She is calm, easygoing, curious, and comfortable around people. Bun is litterbox trained and has never bitten, scratched, or shown aggression toward a person. Bun enjoys unlimited timothy hay, fresh water, measured Oxbow pellets, relaxing in a comfortable spot, and exploring during supervised exercise time. She has no known medical conditions, takes no medications, and has received veterinary care at MSPCA-Angell Animal Medical Center. Bun is being rehomed because she and my resident spayed female rabbit have remained territorial toward each other despite gradual, supervised bonding attempts and cannot safely share space. She would currently be safest as the only rabbit in an indoor home that can provide plenty of space, attention, and daily exercise. An experienced rabbit owner could carefully reassess her compatibility with another rabbit through slow introductions in neutral space. Her compatibility with children, dogs, and cats is unknown. Bun would make a lovely companion for someone looking for a gentle young house rabbit and willing to give her the safe, attentive home she deserves.
