About Bear

We believe he is a chow/retriever mix but not sure. This dog was rescued from Montana Glacier National park. Boys on a road trip thought he had been hit by a car so took him to the nearest Vet ER - was 2 hrs. There was no civilization near where they got him and the deputy & Vet said they could take him or he'd go to the shelter there. 1 boy said yes but family backed out after they got back. We just want to find a good home for him. He must have been hit by a car in the past as he has back left and front right leg issues. He is incredibly sweet, never barks and is always just looking to be with us. We do not really know much more about him but plan to travel soon and wouldn't have options for him. I said he was deaf but he does hear slightly. He hears claps and appears to hear neighborhood dogs. He has gotten a rabbies shot the last week as well as flea medication. Other than that, we don't really know his medical history. He has been around our 2 little dogs and been fine.
