About Nana Banana

Hi everyone, it's me, Nana Banana! ��%8D� I'm looking for a new home, and I have a feeling my perfect person is out there somewhere. ���� Let me tell you about me. I'm a LOVE BUG. ��%90z I adore my person and will happily follow you around the house, curl up beside you, put my head in your lap, and somehow try to crawl directly into your skin. I'm affectionate, loyal, goofy, cuddly, and independent all at once. I'm also a pretty typical Rottweiler mix when it comes to my home. When someone comes to the door or onto the property, ���'� I'm going to let you know about it. I bark, I alert, ��s� and I take my job as home security seriously. ���� That doesn't mean I'm aggressive or that I don't like people. In fact, the rescue coordinator personally met me and had absolutely no issues with me. I was happy to meet her, and I've been wonderful with people outside of my home. I'm just much more protective when someone comes into my house! Some dogs greet every person who walks through the door like they've been waiting their whole life for them. That's not really my style. I'm a Rottweiler mix ���� I like to know what's going on around my home, and I need someone who understands that and knows how to manage and redirect me when visitors arrive. My current family is having trouble managing that behavior, but that doesn't make me a bad dog. I'm truly one of the best dogs, and I have SO much love to give. �ٴ� I'm house trained, crate trained, know sit, stay and break, and I'm still working on my 'leave it.' I ride great in the car ��s� , love my bones ��|� and tennis balls, ��Z%BE enjoy belly rubs, and I'm perfectly happy entertaining myself or taking a good nap.���� I do fine with male dogs! But I have a pretty strong prey drive when it comes to things like squirrels, rabbits and deer so no cats. What I really want is someone who understands strong breeds! understands that alerting when people come to the house is something we can work on and manage, and most importantly, sees the giant sweetheart underneath it all. Because once you're my person? You're MY person. �%9D%A4��%8F I'll follow you everywhere. I'll cuddle with you. I'll put my head in your lap. I'll give you the famous Rottweiler side eye. I'll probably sleep in some completely ridiculous position and make little piggy ��%90%BD noises while sniffing around. I'm Nana Banana. ��%8D� I'm loyal. I'm loving. I'm goofy. I'm cuddly.
