About Blotter

Meet Blotter. He is our considered our special needs. His previous life experience had him believing humans were the enemies. Arriving at our Center, no one could put their hands on Blotter. He was so scared of everyone. 8 months later, we are now able to walk him on a leash and able to pet him. Blotter still needs work because his walls are still high, but he has the potential to be the best friend to someone who has time to work with him. He is heartworm positive and starts treatments on 9/14/2026. Blotter is waiting for that one who can help him understand that love is a real thing. Could you be that one?
