Charlie was born 6/7/25 ... He's a one year old mini pinscher with special needs. He is deaf and we live by 2 busy roads and with him not being able to hear im afraid of him getting out of the house and getting hit. He's a very sweet pup and needs to be trained by someone who can do it... I cannot. That's why we need to find him a better place to live he deserves only the best!
