About Chance

I am a deputy sheriff with Marion County TN. I went on a call of an animal in poor health. The dog is in a 10X10 pen. Owners kid went to UTK and brought what she thought was a mini Aussie doodle. She had it for a few months and it grew too large. Parents took dog. Dog has been food aggressive. They have had dog for 2 yrs. They are afraid of dog who has become aggressive. They use a hoe to turn water bowl over and add water and drop food in bowl in kennel. They are afraid to open it. Dog has never been groomed. Matted all over and filthy. Owners willing to surrender.
