This sweet boy may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but once he feels safe and understood, his affectionate, loving personality shines through in the most rewarding way. Tooch is healthy, walks beautifully on leash, and enjoys calm companionship with people he trusts. He's the kind of dog who doesn't rush into things-he takes his time, builds confidence slowly, and blossoms with patience, kindness, and reassurance. Once he bonds with you, he becomes a deeply devoted and steady presence by your side. He also does very well with other dogs and enjoys polite canine companionship, making him a great potential match for a home with a calm, friendly pup. Tooch hasn't lived with a cat that we are aware of, but seems to be non reactive towards them when he encounters them on walks, leading us to believe there is potential for him to live peacefully with cats.
