About Gitana!$125 fee in Aug

During the month of August only, my fee is reduced to $125! Hi- my name is Gitana! I came to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue from another rescue that was overcrowded and needed help. I am estimated at 1.5 years old as of end of March and weigh about 30lbs. I look like a Carolina dog, maybe mixed with Basengi- rescue's best guess. I walk great on leash and even know some of my basic commands. I am looking for a fairly active family where we can go on lots of walks and adventures. I tend to get along with other dogs; but, please, let's do a proper meet and greet first! I'm not good with cats. When I first arrived I was heartworm positive, but thanks to my new rescue, I was treated and I have now tested heartworm negative! My $250 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, spay, deworming and preventatives while in our care, heartworm test (negative) and microchip.
