Libby Needs a Foster or Adopter to Secure Her Ride to Wisconsin Libby is currently in a high-kill shelter in Alabama and needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER to secure her spot on transport to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue. Her transport date is still TBD, and depends how many dogs from the shelter we can find fosters or adopters for. We are hoping to bring her to Wisconsin sometime in September if she has a committed home waiting for her. Meet Libby Libby is an 8-month-old, 32-pound hound mix who came into animal control as a stray. Despite whatever she may have experienced before arriving at the shelter, Libby is an incredibly sweet girl who loves everyone she meets. She is dog friendly, cat friendly, and child friendly, making her a wonderful fit for a variety of homes. Libby is affectionate, loves being around people, and is ready for a family who will give her the love, attention, and fresh start she deserves.Libby is one of those dogs who is a little hard to pin down when it comes to breed. She appears to be a mix of several different breeds, but whatever her DNA may say, we know she is 100% sweet!
